Closer connection with Mexican customers providing direct access to solutions from KRÜSS experts

As a result of its large-scale success and recognition throughout the North American market as a world-class scientific instrument supplier, KRÜSS has made the pivotal decision to offer customers in Mexico direct access to its full range of services and solutions without the assistance of external distributors.

The company is excited to welcome to its team the new technical sales representative, Oscar Ocampo, who will play a key role in facilitating the relationship between the company and its Mexican customers. “Shifting to direct selling in Mexico will help us to further expand our market and establish strong customer relationships. We worked hard on putting together a strategy to ensure a smooth transition,” explained Ocampo.


This new model will help KRÜSS to get closer and stay connected to new and existing customers in the country.
