Depending on the package booked, we provide comprehensive support for your measurement tasks and applications and ensure that you can achieve the best results at all times.

We offer different versions of our package to suit your needs. You can choose between the Flexible Care Package Silver and the Flexible Care Package Gold. Select the UptimePlus Option in addition to one of the two versions to receive a free loaner to bridge downtimes.

ADVANCE software upgrades
Receive all updates and upgrades for your software free of charge – like improvements and new functions to ensure optimized use and expansion of the instrument's range of functions.
Extended warranty
Stay safe for longer – and extend the statutory warranty period for the duration of your KRÜSS Flexible Care Package contract. The warranty ends latest seven years after the instrument delivery.
15% discounted accessories
We offer a wide range of options to expand the functionality of your instrument. Besides, the discount also applies to disposables such as syringes and cartridges.
Exchange option
Get the best instrument. From the start of your KRÜSS Flexible Care Package contract, you can exchange your instrument for a product of the latest generation for a discounted price.
User event
Take part in one of our annual seminars and learn more about the basics of operating the instrument and the fundamentals of surface analysis from our experts.
Application consulting
We want to enable you to realize all applications that you might need with your instrument. That's why we offer you up to four hours of free application consulting per year.
Hotline for free service
Get free support via our hotline for clarifying malfunctions or troubleshooting both hardware and software, as well as questions about operation and the measurement process.
Yearly technical remote user training
Start your analyses with solid know-how and deepen it during your instrument’s life cycle. You can also discuss specific questions that have come up during work on specific applications.
Yearly maintenance & calibration
Expect your instrument to be a reliable long-term employee. We recalibrate your instrument, upload the most recent firmware, replace worn parts, and carry out small repairs if necessary.
Risk mitigation
During your KRÜSS Flexible Care Package term, we will cover the cost of repairing any damage to the instrument that goes beyond normal wear and tear. Conditions apply.
50% discounted lab day option
You have the option to receive one laboratory measurement day per year at 50% of the price to master difficult measurements and applications with the help of our experts.
Uptime warranty with free loaner
For selected instruments and countries the UptimePlus Option offers a replacement device for selected instruments to bridge downtimes and can be added to Flexible Care Package (Silver or Gold).
